Listen first
Choose one word or short phrase from a conversation or a reliable recording. Keep its meaning and the speaker’s region in mind. Listen again before you decide how to write the sound.
LangoFlip connects a word in your native language with a sound note you write yourself. Listen to someone you trust, record what you hear in familiar characters, then use the card to recall the sound. Your notation is a personal memory aid, not a replacement for listening.

Put the meaning on the front and your personal sound note on the back. Use any script that helps you. Original spelling is optional. LangoFlip never generates or corrects your personal notation.
Choose 5–25 cards per round. Reveal the back before answering. “I knew it” removes a card from this round; “Practice again” returns it to the queue. Only the separate archive action moves a card out of active learning.
Pick a daily word from your own cards, or schedule one for tomorrow. Your account’s time zone determines the date. A word from the archive can be chosen without restoring it. You can change or remove the selection at any time.
Every collection has a fixed native language, learning language and optional regional variety. Cards, colors, daily words and archives are separate. Your words belong to your account and are never used as advertising targeting data.
